Developed and refined over several years, Strategiize is a software program based on how commercialisation projects really evolve.
The major difficulties of collating all information gathered along the path, sharing that information with external parties that can assist and importantly enabling a clear, big-picture status of what issues need to be solved is invaluable to anyone wanting to advance an opportunity. Strategiize is based on issue solving, not always in a straight line but rather focused on building a more robust product for market. Issues are split between due diligence, marketing, business factors and the project itself. A simple but comprehensive wizard is completed by the user to initially enter details of a new idea or a partially mature project. The software then guides the user through issues specific to the individual project and the issues evolve as the project does.
Reporting through Strategiize is also very simple and allows program offices a complete view of all projects at a high level or the ability to drill down into specifics.
The ability to prioritise resources and track progress across an organisation is difficult for commercialisation projects moving in different directions however the Strategiize tool provides a very clear view and the best opportunity to create commercial revenue.
