Chronoptics™ Group
The Chronoptics™ Group was established in 2001 at the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and now consists of over ten academics and graduates from the physics, electronics and computer science fields. The group has expertise in the time-of-flight range imaging space. Their core focus is to create valuable solutions that can be incorporated into leading range imaging platforms to improve the quality, accuracy and precision of image captures and increase power savings.
Their skills and capabilities span across a broad range of areas including:
- Chip level design
- Circuit and optical hardware design
- Modulation coding schemes
- Range measurement algorithms
- Image processing and analysis
